Sometimes a customized solution means building something that does not exist yet. Smaller sponsors compete for the same handful of academic centers as everyone else, so we are establishing a network of clinical sites in rural communities (including island communities), high-volume physicians in places conventional site lists never reach. It is often the difference between an enrollment plan and an enrollment problem.
